Marriage Licenses and Birth Certificates

The Orange County Clerk’s Office does not issue or file marriage licenses.  To obtain or get a copy of your Marriage License, you need to contact your city or town clerk.  For a copy of your Birth Certificate, contact the clerk where you were born.
