LLC Newspaper Designations

New York State law requires that you publish in the newspapers within one hundred twenty days after the effectiveness of the initial articles of organization.  The notice shall be published once in each week for six consecutive weeks, in two newspapers; one newspaper to be printed weekly and one newspaper to be printed daily.  If possible the County Clerk suggests that you pick a weekly paper that is geographically close to where your LLC is conducting business.  Listed below are the daily paper and the weekly papers you may choose from for your publication.
